What Do The Pods Sit On ?

The EcoShelta e.pod is designed to sit on simple pile or pad footings or even exposed local rock. 

Concrete footings can be easily poured or excavated by hand allowing access to steep and unstable sites subject to engineering requirements.

Sites subject to very high winds or cyclonic conditions will need reinforced designed footings to ensure they will meet Building Code requirements.
