Single e.Pod Ecoshelta, w/ Ensuite

The Basic Unit e.pod with ensuite side extension is costed at $32,750 inc GST, the bigpod at $36,200 inc GST. The illustrated Single e.pod pavilion with EnSuite comes complete with glazed doors on three sides for the sleeping room, and fixed side glazing for the front, timber floor panels, under floor storage bays, glazed end highlights and timber decking on three sides (with the ensuite on the fourth). The e.pod Unit cost ex shop is approximately $48,550 with ensuite extension (plus site costs, transport and assembly), and can be packed to
ship as a single unit or three to a standard 20’ Shipping Container for transport to your site.

The bigpod Unit cost ex shop is approximately $50,700 with ensuite extension (plus site costs, transport and assembly). The En-Suite package comes with fixtures including WC, Vanity and Shower Bay including internal plumbing, rose, spouts and tapware. It requires on site connection by a plumber to an approved sewer system and pressurized water supply for Hot and Cold. The e.pod unit is priced at $7200 or the bigpod at $8,800 as an add-on to any cabin or house layout. An externally mounted gas hot water system can be supplied, fitted for $1100.

You would need to supply the footings, sewerage connection, water supply and power supply to the building. A licensed electrician would be required to fit out the pods with lights and power points as required.
