  • The base unit includes the frame, Plywood floor panels, wall panels and roofing and  guttering: it does not include decking, ceilings, linings, sub floor bases, glazed doors or mechanisms or the highlight glazing. The units are stand alone and entirely prefabricated. They require footings to sit on, the actual type depending on your site. The minimum requirement is for four flat surfaces to bolt down to per pod on either exposed bedrock or concrete footing pads about 450mm a side. 
  • This Building requires approval from local council.
  • The decking frame is part of the frame of the building and is included in the base unit but the decking itself is not included. We provide a number of different options of either alloy tray deck, Plantation Cypress Pine or TallowWood.
