- The base unit includes the frame, Plywood floor panels,
wall panels and roofing and guttering: it does not
include decking, ceilings, linings, sub floor bases, glazed
doors or mechanisms or the highlight glazing. The units are
stand alone and entirely prefabricated. They require
footings to sit on, the actual type depending on your site.
The minimum requirement is for four flat surfaces to bolt
down to per pod on either exposed bedrock or concrete
footing pads about 450mm cubed.
- This Building requires approval from local
council.
- The decking frame is part of the frame of the building
and is included in the base unit but the decking itself is
not included. We provide a number of different options of
either alloy tray deck, Plantation Cypress Pine or
TallowWood.
- All the following Costs are GST Inclusive
- There are eight floor panels per pod and various
materials are available; Radiata Pine are $185 each,
Australian Hardwood panels are $250 extra each, Class A
Cedar or Celery Top Pine are $350 each.
- The base unit comes with solid wall panels for each
side, one side has two opening hinged doors.
- Glazed timber or aluminium framed doors are available
as options. A glazed door unit costs between $250-$500
depending on materials and quality and about $120-$250 per
door for the mechanisms to make it slide or bifold. There
are up to four doors per side of a pod.
- The cost of glass/sliders for one side is for four
timber framed glass doors with slider mechanisms for two
doors (less the cost of the four solid wall panels from the
base unit cost) and is $1720 extra per side.
