How Much Do They Cost ?

 

Cost of the units depends on the options chosen for the building.

The base ecoshelta pod units include the frame, wall panels, roof and basic floor panels.

The large range of option choices available such as timber decking all round, timber boarded floor panels, sub-floor panels, glazed timber or alluminium doors with E2 Centor systems, Ceiling lining and  step elements can take a fully fitted EcoShelta pod up to $55K+.

The two bigpod unit EcoShelta pavilion with  bath-house fittings and fully optioned details can be costed at $86K + plus delivery, service works and site footings costs.

A full six ecoshelta pod dwelling with kitchen units, bath-house fixtures and details and joining corridor section costs in the region of $340K depending on site conditions, layout and fixtures (plus service costs).

Delivery footings costs, site services and site assembly vary considerably according to the location, difficulty and arrangements required.
